The NEAA's 2017 annual conference and tradeshow is being held in historic Boston, Massachusetts. The Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel hotel is a 5-star property located in Boston's artfully revitalized waterfront district. The Renaissance is less than 3 miles from Logan International airport and only minutes away from Boston's South Station transportation hub, if you prefer to relax on an Amtrak train. It has never been easier to experience an NEAA event than our 2017 conference and tradeshow. The NEAA board thanks you for your interest in exhibiting at our next event. We expect our 2017 event to be the biggest yet. Attendee feedback on the Boston venue has prepared us to set attendance records in both attendee and vendor categories. While attendee participation is unlimited, vendor space historically goes fast, so make sure to register early and reserve your space TODAY!! There are 90 exhibit spaces available.

Who should register as a Vendor: Individuals that work for or represent organizations or companies that sell or promote products/services or promote their companies to an entity for resale to the merchant community.

Why exhibit at the NEAA 2017 Conference & Tradeshow . . . The show that started it all!!!

Meet with hundreds of potential customers/partners/resellers in one place.

The vendor registration fee for the 2017 NEAA Boston conference & tradeshow is: $1,875 (which includes all hotel handling charges)

Each Vendor Receives:

  • One 30" x 6' table
  • Two - Event passes
  • 1 electrical outlet
  • 2 internet wireless access connections

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • All exhibitors must use the table-top provided in the exhibitor hall for their displays (exhibitor booths are not permitted). Exhibitors must set-up and tear down their displays only during the approved times. Early tear down is not allowed. For the safety and fairness of all exhibitors and attendees, NEAA does not allow exhibitors to "table share". This practice is when two companies attempt to share exhibitor table space in order to save registration costs.
