The vendor registration fee for the 2017 NEAA Boston conference & tradeshow is: $1,875 (which includes all hotel handling charges)
Each Vendor Receives:
- One 30" x 6' table
- Two - Event passes
- 1 electrical outlet
- 2 internet wireless access connections
- All exhibitors must use the table-top provided in the exhibitor hall for their displays (exhibitor booths are not permitted). Exhibitors must set-up and tear down their displays only during the approved times. Early tear down is not allowed. For the safety and fairness of all exhibitors and attendees, NEAA does not allow exhibitors to "table share". This practice is when two companies attempt to share exhibitor table space in order to save registration costs.
