The vendor registration fee for the 2018 NEAA Mohegan Sun conference & tradeshow is: $1,950
Each Vendor Receives:
- One 30" x 6' table
- Event Access Passes for Two
- One Electrical Outlet
- WiFi Connectivity
- All Exhibitors MUST ship all booth displays and company collateral/marketing materials thru Capital Convention Contractors, a third party drayage company. Booth materials Cannot be shipped directly to the conference site, as Mohegan Sun will NOT accept any materials sent directly to the Conference site.

- All exhibitors must use the table-top provided in the exhibitor hall for their displays (exhibitor booths are not permitted). Exhibitors must set-up and tear down their displays only during the approved times. Early tear down is not allowed. For the safety and fairness of all exhibitors and attendees, NEAA does not allow exhibitors to "table share". This practice is when two companies attempt to share exhibitor table space in order to save registration costs.
